Privacy notice

Who we are

This website is run by Green Boom North America LLC, 1180 West Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30309, USA (“Green Boom”, “we”). We are the controller of your personal data.

What we collect

Forms. When you send a form (distributor application, free assessment request, or savings report), we receive what you enter, such as your name, company, job title, email, phone number, location, and message.
Analytics, only with your consent. If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It records your approximate location (country and city, based on your IP address) and your device and browser type, and sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that last up to 2 years. If you decline, Analytics does not load.
Server logs. Our web host keeps standard logs (IP address, page requested, time) to keep the site secure and running.

Why we use it and our legal basis

To answer your request, send the report you asked for, and follow up about Green Boom products (steps you ask for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries); to measure use of the website (your consent); and to keep it secure (legitimate interest). We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Our web host (Namecheap), our email provider (Microsoft 365), Google (Analytics, only with consent), and, where it helps us serve you, our authorised Green Boom distributor for your country. Green Boom is based in the United States, so your data is processed there. Transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension.

How long we keep it

Form enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
